I am a big fan of pasta and could eat it on its own (boiled of course). So when the occasion arrived I prepared this really easy and tasty dish.  The recipe comes from here.


around 250-300 g pasta (tubes or swirls)

around 400 g of chicken fillet

1 can peas or sweet corn (or 50/50)

1 can baby carrots

1 red pepper

few mushrooms

2 tbsp sour cream

handful of fresh cut parsley

spices: salt, ground pepper, curry

around 200 g of cheese (cheddar or pizza mix)

Boil the pasta till al dente, drain it and rinse with cold water.

Cut pepper into little bricks, mushrooms in plasters.

Cut the fillets into stripes or bricks, spice up and fry with a little oil.

In the big baking form mix well chilled pasta, all vegetables, chicken, sour cream and some spices.

Sprinkle the top with grated cheese.

Bake at 170 Celsius for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
