These cookies are delicate, ideal to accompany a cup of tea or coffee. Also really fast to prepare so perfect in case of emergency.  The recipe comes from here. Enjoy!


300 g flour

200 g butter

50 g sugar

100 g desiccated coconut/walnuts

1 vanilla sugar

1 egg yolk

almond essence

Cut the butter in little pieces, add rest of the ingredients and knead until smooth. Divide into little pieces and shape your cookies. Place on the baking form lined with paper.

Bake at 200 Celsius for 10-15 minutes.

Serve it sprinkled with sugar powder. Another possibility is to dip the ends in the chocolate and coconut and let it dry for a while.
