On special request my mom’s way of preparing liver. Really tasty dish for Saturday’s lunch, served with fries, bread or salad.


Ingredients:

liver fillets

1 egg

spices (salt, pepper, paprika)

bread crumbs

Rinse the liver with water and dry it with a paper towel. Beat up the egg with spices, dip the liver in it and then roll it in the bread crumbs. Fry it on the medium heat till brown inside.
