A bit different pancakes this time. They might be served as a dessert with addition of rum and for a breakfast (but then I would probably skip the rum). They are delicate and not as puffy as normal pancakes. Worth to try. I found the recipe on this website. Enjoy!
1/2 cup milk
5 tbsp sugar
7-8 tbsp flour
150 ml strawberry yoghurt
1 tsp dry yeast
pinch of lemon zest (I substituted it with lemon juice)
optionally 1 tbsp rum
Mix all the ingredients (the batter should be little denser than typical pancake’s mix) and set it aside for 30 minutes.
Fry on medium heat until brownish.
Serve with icing sugar.
