I should have started my journey through pancakes with the basic recipe but I did not. Why? No idea. Maybe because I considered them to be too normal. That was a mistake. They are by far my favourite kind of pancakes. Puffy, fluffy, thick and delicious.  I had them with the apple mousse and honey and I felt like in heaven. Recipe of course from irreplaceable Dorota. Enjoy!

Ingredients (for 4 people):

2 cups flour

2 eggs

1 1/2 cup milk

75 g melted butter

3 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp sugar

pinch of salt

Sift the flour, beat the eggs and combine them with flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Fry on a dry pan.

Serve with maple syrup, honey or as desired.
