My pears and apples were going bad so I decided to make some light cake. Found this recipe and thought “Great!”. It does not contain butter, just natural yoghurt. It’s really delicate and delicious! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

250 g flour

160 g sugar

240 ml natural yoghurt

2 eggs

2 tsp baking powder

2 large apples

2 large pears

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract or 8 g vanilla sugar

Beat the eggs with sugar till fluffy. Add flour mixed with baking powder and yoghurt. Mix a little and add vanilla, salt and fruits. Mix again and pour into a baking tin (Ø 24 cm) coated with a little butter and lined with baking paper (the bottom).

Bake at 170°C for 50 minutes.
