I love cakes with plums. They are juicy, sweet and simply delicious. I wanted to try out my new tart tin so I was looking for the recipe for a tart with proper filling to fit the plums. I found it. It was mouth-watering! Enjoy!

Ingredients for the tart base:

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 cup powder sugar

125 g butter

1 egg

pinch of salt

Knead well and fast all the ingredients, wrap in saran foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Ingredients for the filling:

35 g custard powder

250 g cream cheese or half fat quark

3/4 cup powder sugar

1 cup 30% cream

2 eggs

300 g plums without stones

Mix all the ingredients (minus plums).

Prepare your tin. Coat it with butter and sprinkle with flour. Then roll out the dough and line your tin with it (Ø 26-28 cm). Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.

Take out the pre-baked tart base and pour the custard-cheese mass onto it. Arrange the plums on it, cut part up.

Bake for another 30-35 minutes.

Before serving sprinkle with icing sugar.
