Torture, torture… 3 months of intensive German course! Sigh… Few weeks ago I felt like waffles and decided to use my waffle maker for the second time. Sadly that was its final time. After that it stopped working. Nonetheless these waffles are indeed light and simple. Combined with whipped cream and fruits make an awesome dessert. Especially while still warm. This recipe comes from here. Have fun!

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

2 cups milk

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

3 cup oil

2 eggs, yolks and whites separated

2 tbsp sugar

Heat up the waffle maker. Mix well all the ingredients minus egg whites. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold them gently into batter.

Bake in a waffle maker till golden 2-3 minutes.

Serve as desired.
