Another recipe which I wanted to try for a long time but never had the crucial ingredient – powdered milk. It was not a problem this time so decided to give it a go and it was a good call. They are the best the same day but will do for another 2. Rich taste of milk and white chocolate combined with vanilla was the great combo so I will bake them again soon enough. Ingredients for around 30 cookies:

2 cups of milk

½ cup powdered milk

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

150 g soft unsalted butter

½ cup icing sugar

2 eggs

125 g white chocolate, chopped

 

Beat the butter with sugar till light and fluffy. Mix the eggs in the bowl and gradually add to the butter mix all the time mixing.

Add flour mixed with baking powder, powdered milk, extract and mix again.

In the end add chopped up chocolate and mix again.

From the dough make balls the size of a walnut and place on the baking tray lined with paper leaving some space between them.

Bake at 200 ºC about 10 minutes. Cool down.
