cheese buns with cinnamon

I did not post any recipe for a long time. Let’s start from something easy and delicious. I found those mini cakes by accident in the old recipes of my culinary guru. I had some cream cheese at home and thought that those will be perfect with a cup of coffee. Enjoy!

cream cheese, fat thursday, quark

On 16th of February in Poland we celebrated Fat Thursday. On that day pretty much every person in my country ate some kind of sweet, fatty thing like doughnut, angel wing etc. Tradition says one needs to do it to have a rich and a prosperous year ahead. So on that day I prepared these doughnuts which we call literally little tyres. They were easy to make and I enjoyed eating my portion of luck ;). The recipe comes from here. Enjoy!

Finally had some time and possibility to make something tasty. Never really was into cheesecakes without baking but this one stole my heart. It takes only 30 minutes to prepare (minus the cooling time)! Plus it’s very creamy, light and simply yummy. I took the recipe from here. Enjoy!

cream cheese, egg yolk, quark

I know, I know… I have not been posting much but I am busy doing an intensive German course. Today I present muffins which taste like mini cheesecakes.  And no, not the creamy ones but the ones which are more dense with the mix of batter. These muffins were really popular. Half of them disappeared in no time. The rest followed the day after. I found the recipe here. Enjoy!

blueberries, cream cheese, digestive, lemon

When I saw this cheesecake here I thought “wow!” and decided to prepare it. It did not look like I will have any troubles with it. Unfortunately my blueberries were not that easy to work with and instead of staying on the bottom, they were floating on the surface. This cheesecake is very creamy and lemonish. I skipped the chocolate frosting because for me it was rich enough but for sweet-stuff-lovers it should be a matter of cherry-on-top. Enjoy!

Bailey's, cream cheese, dark chocolate

Did not post anything here for ages but here it goes.  Another one to the cheesecake collection. This one is really rich and creamy. It has all the flavours I love: Baileys, vanilla and chocolate. Took the recipe from Dorota and as usual I was not disappointed. Enjoy!

I am on a white diet at the moment so looking for the recipes which do not hold too many dyes in. This kind of pierogi is one of the things which I thought of when I got hungry. People say that they were made the first time when some housewife got too lazy to make normal pierogi filled with cheese and mix all the ingredients together instead. Whether that’s true or not I really like them. They can be served sweet with cinnamon, melted butter and sugar or non-sweet with some sauce and meat. Enjoy!

It’s mouth-watering! This combination of cheesecake and brownie is divine. Originally this recipe came from “Delicious” magazine but I found it on multiple blogs. It was modified by Liska and I relied on her adjustments. Enjoy!
