It was requested from me for a picnic at work. Picnic which after all turned into a big feast indoors ;). Nonetheless it was quite delicious. I let the yeast work overnight and finished it in the morning so it was fresh and very tasty. The recipe comes from here with my filling modifications.
Lecho is an originally Hungarian dish consisting of peppers, sausage, bacon and onion and sometimes also tomatoes. I learnt how to make lecho at home. My mom is making it every now and then and I really like it. Last Sunday was full of spring vibe and I decided that it’s time for vegetables. And so I committed lecho. Enjoy!
Since a long time I wanted to make this kind of pie. There is something tempting in a way you eat it and how does it taste and look like (or it might just be me and my imagination). I used the recipe of Gordon Ramsay for hot-water pastry and I made the filling basing on recipe from here. Whole thing was really tasty and I am looking forward to prepare another one but with a different filling. Enjoy!
I know that omelette is not exactly a cooking challenge but I was looking for a recipe which would make it taste more delicate and would not be just a different way of serving scrambled eggs. This omelette is very tasty and it definitely made me believe that omelettes can be a good lunch/dinner option. I combined few recipes here and have no clue where did I find them. Sorry! So or so enjoy!
Shashliks are the absolut hit of the parties in my family. Especially if we can grill them. My mom was always the one preparing them so I learnt from her. There are serveral things you can use to prepare them but I like them the way I show below.
I found this recipe here. Every weekend the author is organising an action where one needs to prepare something she found somewhere in the Interweb. This time it was this really delicious sandwich. Originally it’s made with cheese and salami but I made it the way I like it so with cheese, ham and mushrooms and added my favorite pesto. Enjoy!
