I have a lot of chocolate at home. And I do mean a lot! So the time has come to actually do something from it to avoid such goodness to go bad. I wanted to prepare this brownie for a long time. Nigella made it look really easy and delicious in her TV program. The recipe comes from her newest book “Kitchen”.
This recipe intrigued me so much that I had to try it. I did not know what to expect, but to be honest I should have had since it is pretty obvious that it will be a bit like an oven-made omelette. At least in the centre. The idea is great though, I like the speed with which one can prepare it and the delicious result. Had to make some “brain food”. I chose these bars because I trust Nigella and her love to good food. They are really tasty: chewy, crunchy, not too hard and not too soft. The result was satisfying and I will for sure prepare them again. The recipe comes from “Nigella Express”. Enjoy!
Another position on my white diet’s menu. I prepared normal size Pavlova before but decided to prepare mini ones for a change. They are crispy (as meringue) on the outside and chewy and delicate on the inside. Served with whipped cream and fruits. The recipe (with little modifications) comes from here. Enjoy!
