Mazurek is a traditional cake baked for Easter in Poland. There was no tradition of making mazurek in my family home but I remembered the taste of it from multiple visits to aunts and grandmas. I think by far my favourite mazurek is made from chocolate, caramel and nuts but I wanted to try something different and chose this one. It comes from Dorota and it tastes the best after 1-2 days.
